What is your training background?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA. I am also a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Certified Fitness Coach.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
-weights (dumbbells, resistance bands, soup cans will even do :)
-an exercise mat (best used for floor exercises).
Are these classes for all fitness levels?
Absolutely! Always remember it's ok to ask for help. It's my job to set you up for success; tell you where to put your hands, feet and body, where you should be feeling the exercise or how to modify is needed. I can modify each exercise as needed to suit your fitness and comfort level.
